Amada has improved upon the industry standard in precision brake forming. Faster ram speeds and smoother speed transitions provide increased productivity measured in quality parts per hour. Staging the parts anywhere between the side frames, as well as higher off-center loading capabilities, allows more complex parts to be run. It has the largest open height and ram stroke length of any up-acting brake, allowing it to form a wide variety of parts. |
